    I bought. $19 course which looked interesting , only to discover that I also got a free trial of all courses on the site. By the time I read the small print that said the free trial would automatically convert to a weekly subscription, it was too late to go back and cancel. I fretted and swore I’d never buy anything again without checking re scams first. I got a confirmation email that gave a link to help options. I chose the email and sent a message asking that they either cancel just the free trial or if that wasn’t possible, then cancel the purchase as well. I just received an email from Maria in customer service saying my free trial had been cancelled. Thank you Maria. Why not be more transparent and give people a real choice up front rather than trying to lock them into a subscription without their being fully aware? Much better business practice and would reflect better on your website.
