After I wrote my first negative feedback below, I received a call from a US number – + 1 862 329 7011 – from a woman who said she was calling me re my refund claim to Derila and after losing me 10 min in “apologizing” said she would send me an email where I should state my bank account where they would return to me the claimed refund, while I could keep the products. The next day I received an email from this mail – hello&huuskstore.com – which is not the Derila mail and site, but they are obviously working together on frauds. The cited order number on that email of my order had nothing to do with the initial order number I had when ordering from Derila. That mail said: “Once we receive your bank details, we will initiate the refund process promptly. Please be advised that we do not require for you to return the items in order to avoid the hassle of return”. So, people, BEWARE!! Both Derila and Huuskstore are CROOKS and not only lying on product returns and refunds, but they are also openly attempting PHISHING!!
