Awful scam, have been taking £15 a month from my 13 year old daughters bank account. Completely unauthorised no membership details provided no benefits given. This is being taken from a minor bank account without parental permission. I want this reoccurring payment to be stopped immediately and a full refund given with the next 48hrs.
