This company is a scam. I signed up to their jewellery tester and ambassador group which was initially £7 delivery. The next month I was charged £12 without warning so I asked to cancel my subscription. They confirmed my subscription had been cancelled yet I was charged £12 again the next month. I complained and asked for a refund as I was told my membership had been cancelled yet they are refusing to refund me. They say they have now cancelled my subscription for next month but I am very worried they are going to keep charging me. Also the jewellery they sent me is terrible quality and not at all how it looks on the website – it pretty much feels plastic! Do not buy from this company!!!
