Complete and total crooks! There’s no other word to use – they set you up to fail and then take your money and you get ABSOLUTELY nothing in return. THIS IS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM! They act like it’s the hotel who is being unreasonable – I’m pretty sure the Hilton doesn’t need my money. Spare me the “Customer Service” – it’s really fraud – from the start to the end.
