Scam company used once to send large item back as it was wrong size. Was delivered by DPD so used their delivery note as reference to return for size and weight yet this fraudulent parcel delivery service gave me a price and I sent parcel and a few weeks later are trying to scam me out of £62 as they state my dimensions are wrong. Tried emailing them back asking for proof but email bounces back.Now one year on I am getting emails offering a 40% discount bringing my bill down to £37.42 if I settle before 24th August.
