I had a wheelchair collected from my house on the 8th August. The wheelchair is now lost in transit. I’m so so upset as I used parcel compare to returned a wheelchair I bought but not suitable for my needs. The shipment didn’t arrive at its final destination it disappeared have way through its journey. Parcel compare have been quick to respond to my emails only to tell me it has nothing to do with them and I need to contact Evri who collected it. I am now out of pocket by £400 and I still need a replacement wheelchair to buy so in essence it’ll cost me around £800. I’m so distraught and feel like I’ve been scammed. They refuse to take any responsibility but claim to have investigated the matter and when I asked the result of this I didn’t receive any information of the investigation that I can use to contact Evri …….read the separate review for them! They are just as bad. Next stop the ombudsman and watchdog on bbc as I can’t afford to lose this money
