How do I give a zero star and report to get this scam company shut down. They’ll put you in a hotel that’s already booked. Take your money ahead of schedule and then tell you that you’ll have to get the hotel’s permission for the refund. After the hotel agrees (even though you booked through them and NOT the hotel) they’ll tell you it’ll be refunded next billing cycle. Then they’ll tell you 30 business days, next theyll tell you 31 business days. Then they’ll tell you to send them documentation that from your bank that the funds haven’t been deposited to your account. This is COMPLETE BS. This company should not be allowed to do business in the US and they should be mandated to give everyone that’s given a bad review a complete refund.
