It started when I initially signed up for the free trial. You cannot even respond back to messages unless your profile is at 50 percent or higher and then they want you to purchase the subscription. I received an email for a month(August 2023) for 39.95 and when I signed up for that they ended up charging me $114.71 for a three-month subscription let alone they are asking for another $114.71 when the initial has not expired. My bank has flagged them for fraud and has stopped all future payments with them at their(bank’s) recommendation. Any free trial will not occur until August 2024 when this subscription ends. The service is not what they intend it to be and the price of $459 yearly is worth the headache of finding somebody nor is it worth being sent to collection agency for outstanding debt.
