WazirX was satisfactory initially, but my experience took a nosedive when I encountered a highly disappointing situation. My account, containing 17 lakhs, got locked, and the customer support turned out to be abysmal. Their responses took days, and they demanded irrelevant personal information unrelated to WazirX operations. Even after providing the requested details, they continued with more nonsensical inquiries, creating an endless loop. At this juncture, I’m beginning to feel like I’ve fallen victim to a scam, and regaining my funds seems unlikely. I’ll wait a few days to see if my account gets unlocked. If it does, I’ll update my review accordingly.
