Absolute scam! Waited over a week for their packaging to arrive with no luck, sent my phone in on Wednesday the 30th of august delivered Thursday 31th of august, I used their own free 24 track label with Royal Mail. Friday the 1st of September still haven’t heard from them, so I emailed them to only find out that had lost my mint iPhone 12 Pro Max and there’s nothing they can do until Tuesday next week!!!! No care in the world!! I have already contacted trading standards that have informed me that they are completely liable for this and if I can not solve this, they we get involved.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
