    I sent money by Interac transfer. It was never credited. To resolve the problem they ask for my bank statement including my account number showing the transfer. Right. Total SCAM. Avoid.COMMENT TO RESPONSE: Your technical support is asking for a bank statement that includes my bank account number. I’m not providing that information. I just want my money back. There is a code in the automated message field from the transfer that I’ve provided in response to an inquiry here. That code is, I believe, used for tracking purposes on your end. I’ve already given you my email, my name, and my physical address. You shouldn’t need my bank account number to figure this out. Just give me my money back. Thanks.
