Scammers-my wife booked a Hampton Inn room and I immediately saw that she inadvertently booked through these crooks. Within minutes of the booking I tried to cancel online which you cant do. I called the number and when I entered the confirm # they said it could only be canceled at the hotel. I called and they said it had to be done through these guys. I booked directly with Hilton for 60% of the price and have disputed the charge with Amex. They also charged a separate fee of 8.99 using a different merchant name HOTEL RESERVATIONS. This isn’t bad customer service it is theft.
