Just Answer is an absolute scam. I agreed to pay $2 to have a question answered AFTER clarifying it was a one time fee. They then signed me up for a $66 a month subscription without my knowledge. No emails, no confirmations, no texts saying anything. Found the charges on my credit card and got refunded for one, called to get the other refunded and the customer service rep pretended they couldn’t hear me, called back and the next rep said “sorry you misunderstood and went in circles before saying she wouldn’t refund”. Absolutely deceptive and untrustworthy website and will discourage anyone who thinks of using them.
