I ordered a copper tub and it wasn’t cheap. Seller contacted me and was ” shocked ” the transaction did not include shipping. The transaction showed that shipping was free. Seller was dishonest and canceled the transaction but took my money. It’s been 7 days and I’m out over 100$ . Etsy promises that transactions are pending until item is received by the purchaser. Obviously not true. Don’t buy from Etsy. It’s a haven for scammers. Support/Help/ Customer service is non-existent. The site claims they have a faultless payment system. No they don’t.
