First I can’t use the card to make payment, secondly I can’t have access to my card again. When I called the customer service they gave me 48 to 72 hours to wait for a solution and after the given time I got no answer I called again and was given another 48 to 72 hours to wait after waiting for another 72 hours I still have no solution to the problem. I called again and they told me to wait for 3 to 5 working days which I did and yet they couldn’t solve the problem. The last time I called which was on Monday a guy by name “Niki” told me they can’t help me on that day, it sounded funny to me.During my calls I spoke with Sharon, Vincy and Niki. After 3 weeks to almost a month now I’m still waiting to get an answer to my complain. This company is incompetent and a scam
