I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT buy from this company. In 2021, I purchased air tickets for the entire family but unfortunately, my brother caught Covid and we had to cancel. I contacted GOTOGATE so many times via e-mail and phone (was kept waiting and nobody would answer) and never received feedback except for automated messages.Now the company claims it was a NO SHOW and does not want to give my money back. SCAM ARTISTS!
