I booked through Agoda Singapore Airlines site, I found the price for the booking was more expensive through this site, compared to the regular Agoda site. But I thought it was because of the milage earned after the booking. So I booked anyway. I entered in my Krisflyer membership number at checkout, it stated how many points I will earn after the booking was completed. I completed my booking, but the booking confirmation email did not state how many points will be earned. Months later after the booking was completed, NO MILES were credited. I asked Agoda customer service, they said ‘this booking earned no Krisflyer points.’ Then why should I pay more?? It could be considered a scam. I receive no acceptable explanation until this day.
