I am based in Germany and ordered from the German computeruniverse MB for AM5 the new AMD CPU. I tested didn’t like it and after 1 week send it back to return in completely new condition, no damage, no scratches. I did photo of CPU pins and the entire motherboard before shipping as proof with serial number included on the photos. Now the shop sent me photos that the pins of the cpu nest are broken, on their photos no serial number is shown, meaning that could be another MB not mine. They said it is sent to the manufacturer for repair and the bill will be on my side. First they are trying to scam me, definitely this is not my MB that I sent back and second they have insurance on the shipping and they need to claim damage report and take money back from the shipping company. However I hardly doublt that happened during shipping, basically this is not the MB I sent them and they are using my case as leverage. I will contact the German consumer protection to deal with them. But definitely stay away from this shop!
