Did not refund $497. fora three day hotel stay in Orlando which I did not use due to natural disaster which closed Orlando airport. Document letter shows the hotel refunded them. Calls were made and promises for e-mail updates etc. were always offered but I never heard from them after multiple calls. They apparently phished originally from hotels.com. Definite scam.
