I recently booked tickets for the whole family as it’s been a death in the family and paid for all the people and now I checked my booking reference and only 4 people bookings are showing and my booking has been cancelled and now they’re not answering phones or what’s app customer services group now I don’t know who to complain about this company as they’re clearly scamming people..and just recently today I typed in my booking reference number on qatar air ways website its show my family remembers names but my ticket has been cancelled by whom I don’t know and the rest of family names are there so I rang qatar airways they informed me that our bookings is confirmed but no tickets have been payed for but we have payed the price of trust so our whole family is worried our e ticket numbers are not recognised by qatar when its becoming clear this budget air takes your money then makes it appear that you have purchased your tickets but they have not payed the airline..
