Horrible, I opened an account realized I didn’t want it, forgot about the sign up fee after the free trial, contacted support to cancel and they were super friendly and “promised” me a refund told me it would take 3-4 business days, mind you that was November 3rd, it’s now the 15th long past that time frame and support doesn’t bother to even respond to me, send me a bogus response “we regret that we couldn’t assist you over chat, we will send you an email in 24 hours” yeah? You send me an email stating my ticket was CLOSED with no resolution or reason why, took my money, fraud for promising me a refund, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
