I’ve had the same issue as most of the other people who have left reviews. I got the free trial and cancelled it before it ended OVER A YEAR AGO and I’m still being charged like $14 a month. I’ve contacted costumer service multiple times and they were so unhelpful it’s not even funny. They basically just said I’m probably giving them the wrong email because it’s not associated with my credit card so when I do find the correct email let them know even though the email I gave them is literally all over my account. But that makes sense because my credit card information isn’t even on my profile anymore and says I have no upcoming payments and that I’m not even subscribed. Do not use this website, complete scam.
