Customer service is a complete joke. Majority of items in order did not fit and were nowhere near matching the size guide. When submitting a return request was informed they would respond within 48hrs which they didn’t. Then contacted them via live chat to be informed they had responded to the request and that I was to check my spam (there was no email received). Explained this to the live chat who then proceeded to tell me I had never submitted a return request but they’d happily do it for me now. When finally receiving the email regarding the return they then tell me their returns process is a “lengthy” one for a refund and would I prefer to keep the items and receive 25% of my money back. The times are of no use to me so why would I keep them for a discount of 25% and loose my money? Overall the quality of clothes are bad, customer service is horrendous and they try to scam you for your cash! Do not order from here!
