I feel headout is a scam more than anything. Had my worst experience dealing with them in Singapore. First they sold me tickets to Gardens by the bay that did not work. Had to spend 1.5 hours on call with their customer service representatives. Second, they sold me a ticket to Marina Bay Sands when the tickets were all sold out for the day. The guards refused to let us is in at the door and headout refused to refund us. They barely respond to emails eitherHad the worst experience ever
