The clinician was dismissive she wouldn’t listen she rushed. I asked if I could send medical records to her. She wanted a hand written not from my psych and to be sent to the support portal. I do not want my medical HIPPA going through Manillas customer care teams. She stated unless done she could not treat. It was hard to understand her. Is she even a flippin doctor….???? What doctor won’t accept medical records,but instead a hand written note…..any idiot dishonest could do that. So unprofessional and sketchy. Lost over 200$ on this scam. I honestly feel an investigation should be done because that was so not ok
