Literal small scale scam…I didn’t select an additional “flex” insurance when booking the ticket and the final price was shown to be 228€. After paying, 264€ were booked from my credit card with no explanation and it was made purposefully hard to find a mail address or phone number that worked. Once I had found the right phone number to call, the tape offered me an option to resign from the additional insurance after taking me through some extra steps to make me wait even longer. What a coincidence! Seems to be their go to scam I guess? If it isn’t illegal to do this to people it should be…. wasted time on resigning from something that I never selected nor have been asked to pay for.
