I ordered two cases – one was the incorrect size and they both took so long to arrive that I needed another case before I could use them. I reached out to return the items and the communication slowed to a halt. They told me that the return would cost too much and instead offered be a 50% off a future purchase. They claim to offer returns on their website but it is a scam.
