It is scam system. Beaware from this and seller inside it. They are liers with their Buyer protection. Don’t bliewve the dispute system. It is fake. They ask you to prove that the item did not been delivered or the item has been returned with an official stempled document from the post office, and since they know that Post offices does not provide like this document then they refuse your Dispute case and close it and you get 0 Refund. So it is big chance that you will not get back your money if you order from them and the order didn’t be delivered or damaged.
