Wish I could give ZERO stars. Absolute scam of a business. Had a prepaid debit card with £35 loaded onto it. Nevermind the fact that I can’t use it anywhere, before I had the chance to spend anything on it, someone in France (i’m based in the UK) had spent almost everything on it (89p left). There is no ways they could know the card details without some insider connection as it had never been used for any purchases! I reached out to their customer support and was told to fax/post a letter to their US offices and I’d hear back within 120 days. What a joke.
