This was my first time ordering from lensmart because I saw Tiktok reviews of people wearing the glasses and how affordable they were so I ordered some for Buy 1, get 1 50% off. They came in almost two weeks later and when I went to try them on, the prescription was wrong on not one, but BOTH of the glasses. Their customer service is ridiculous and still wanting to charge me to either fix it **mess it up again** or get (most) of my money back to pay for the shipping fee on the refund. I am completely appalled by scam companies and this is one of them! Please do not try this company AT ALL. I’m going back to pay $100 for my frames at Warby Parker because I know they are a reliable company and they are one that NEVER messes up my prescription.
