I’ve been trying to work with Calibrate for just shy of a year now. Communication with them has been the worst experience of my life. There is no phone number to call, you just have to wait a couple weeks for them to maybe respond to an email. Over the course of the program I have not lost any weight and have only developed additional anxiety due to their complete lack of communication. Also during the program there were nearly non stop application errors, and then once they launched their new app it is complete dysfunctional for the first two weeks and is still for the most part completely unusable. I have now requested a refund from calibrate due to their program being a failure for me and they are refusing to offer any refund stating that I did not log my weight enough, when I was logging it daily in their application per their requirements. They do not stand behind their 10% weight loss guarantee and will refuse you any support or refund… if you can get an answer back from otherwise they will just give you the cold shoulder. Calibrate is a joke and a fraud.
