    Do not buy from this company. Not only did it take over a month to finally receive an email that my order was delayed (go figure?) but once it finally shipped, there was ONE attempt to deliver it to my apartment, which failed. The carrier they use does not have a customer service line, Yin Express, and there was ZERO attempt to redeliver this package. I’ve never needed to be home to sign for things and wasn’t told I would need to be home. Needless to say, I’ve never received my order and we’re going on month #2 now. When I reached out to customer service about this problem, I was asked to confirm my address, which I did, and then never heard back from them after multiple attempts to reach out about a refund. The last time I’ve received an answer was July 28th. I’ve ordered a new phone case from Casely, got to my apartment in two days. My old case was literally broken and my phone suffered damage from waiting for a new one that never came. Shame on this company for the complete scam that they are.
