Flamingo

    I’m absolutely bewildered at this company. Ordered three weeks ago and my order is still processing. Finally received an email from them promptly after my last review. They advised they were awaiting stock on three items in my order. The products they are apparently awaiting stock on are still for sale on the site so how this can be is very confusing unless they are putting other in same position or it’s entirely made up. I emailed again asking for an update on when would be shipped and finally got a response advising it would need to be passed to relevant department and it would took some time to do this. The customer service is so poor. At this point I have zero hope of receiving my goods. Given other recent reviews I’d say that’s highly likely. I’ve asked for an immediate refund and had no reply. If this is actioned by Monday I’m raising a fraud report via my bank. All I can say is do not buy from this company.
