The idea of Bright Money is good, unfortunately it seems like a scam. Like many other people here, I was charged an anual plan automatically without being asked. Support asked me to follow a process to cancel my account and request a refund. In theory I was able to cancel and get “refunded” in the app 8 days ago. But the funds never came back to my account, so it seems more like a sketchy way to calm people making them believe they got a refund when they actually didn’t. I will need to dispute the charges with the bank. I will update this review if the issue gets solved one way or the other.
