Terrible and awful experience with this agency. They don’t care and make everything so sneaky and difficult. Very poor customer services. I feel like I have been scammed the website said they will check with airline if the ticket is refundable and send me an email regarding the refund option. I did not confirmed to cancel the tickets but they were canceled and even partially refunded by airline but this agency never get back to me anything. I have been sending numerous emails to find out what happened and who received my refund. It is so easy to say that following terms and conditions but don’t realise their poor web design or maybe it’s all planned to get money. I just want my refund and never want to talk to this company never again. Plus this is under “last minute” travel agency so whoever plan to get a ticket through them, just be careful.
