To be honest my ride was bad here. I happened to deposit funds , which were deducted from my account but did not reflect in my 1win backoffice. There licence is also not public. The customer care is 1/10 . Appeals take a month but no solution is provided even after giving substantial evidence. Please trust pilot do something to ensure you put to book these people. Our hard earned money could be used to fund other issues. Such scams have these tendencies. Kind regards. Thankyou
