Ordered an artisan sister lamp Lily at the 30th of June 2023. The website stated orders would be shipped between 5 – 10 business days for international customers. The 12th of July I e-mailed them that I still hadn’t received a shipping confirmation. I got a reply in which they ensured me that my order would be shipped between the 24th and 26th of July. And got a FedEx tracking code soon after.The 2nd of August I emailed them again that the tracking code still stated: Label created and I wanted another update. They didn’t reply to this e-mail.A week after we tried contacting them via Instagram, they didn’t respond to our questions either.I’ve e-mailed them last week with the request to cancel my order and demanding a refund. To which I got a reply that my e-mail couldn’t be delivered.I’ve reported the fraud to my credit card company.Basically a drop-ship scam, do not order here.
