100% SCAM! THEY ARE STEALING YOUR $$! My 14 yo son went out of State. We gave him cash & Vanilla Visa. He used once for small purchase, then they placed security hold on it. Website showed card as invalid.Called and they said wait 30 days and they will send new card. My son was stuck out of State without money. 1hr wasted on phone with someone who barely spoke English. Been 20 days and no new card yet. I doubt I will see the remaining funds. Writing our State prosecutor.
