They are scamming people. The will advertise a lower hotel rates and wrong information when you complete the booking you will get a confirmation with different number of guests and policies. When you artive to check in the hotels will ask you for extra cost as their policies are different to what agoda presented. I have to pay extra Rs.3000 per night for two kids. Do not use agoda. Tried to contact Customer service but no active telephone numbers .
