Everyone put in a report to Australian Consumer Affairs (you can do this online and just need their ABN). This company owes me money! I have repeatedly emailed with no response. I completed their market research (Bambino Baby Care Journal). I’m owed $50. They tried to send the redemption option through Digital Prepaid Solutions and that company is a total scam (see all the reviews online). They have not processed my digital gift card request and no one will respond. It seems Ipsos is happy for people to do research for them but then not care about their rightful payment. They ignore you if you ask about your payment for the work you did for them.
