Very bad experience up to now. Received a broken part (part of the plastic was broken, which meant the part could not be installed in the refrigerator), added pictures in the return request, then no communication (already more than one week ago), but I now see my return request was denied. No explanation whatsoever. Feels like a scam. Will update the review if anything changes.
