After three+ hours on chat and a phone call escalated to a supervisor, they’re still trying to steal our money!!! Cancun trip canceled by the airline March 2020 for covid. Flight credit $650 per passenger valid only through expedia until end of 2023. Contacted expedia to use flight credit and only flights they could see available were $2900 per passenger for a short round trip to Denver! What?!?! I can book the same flight for $350 per passenger on expedia’s site. How is it that expedia representatives cannot see lower fare flights available for booking??? Oh, I know their scam, they make flight credit flights so expensive that we just get frustrated and stop trying. They are making a lot of money on unclaimed flight credits! I will never use one of these travel sites again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid them!! Makes sense that they’re reviews on Trustpilot are >97% one star negative!
