I tried ordering glasses the online virtual checker. It did not work. My glasses were huge. Mistakes happen. However, there customer service is horrible! They ship packages without a return address. I asked for the address to ship my glasses back to. They asked me what was wrong, and then after I replied, they asked me to send me a picture wearing them. Absolutely ridiculous! Scam company
