I have 300 dollars stuck with this company in my username gpaparelli. I tried to use my prepaid card in literally dozens of different vendors and none was accepted. I keep getting this message “Declined by Real-Time Decisioning (RTD) processing”. Tried to send a message to them and no response. Tried to call the company and they left me hanging in the line for as long as it was necessary for me to give up. total scam don’t put your money there.
