Absolutely vile company, they allowed charges by a minor then when Sony refunded me BOKU stole my money refusing to acknowledge the amount Sony had refunded them and saying any refund would take 1-2 months. Absolute frauds that actually called O2 liars 😳 I will be reporting them to trading standards and making everyone aware not to touch them on all social media platforms! Do not touch with a bargepole! Still awaiting my refund of nearly £300!
