    I purchased glasses. I took my glasses off one day and the stem just broke. For the life of meI have tried to figure out what happened to my glasses that the stem broke and one of the rhinestones fell out. I just want them to send me a new frame. You can’t get in touch with them. Bogus phone numbers. They really have.great eyeglasses. But the glasses need adjustments .Where am I supposed to take them? I WOULLD EVEN CONSIDER ORDERING AGAIN IF MY GLASSES ARE REPLACED ACCORDING TO THE WARRANTY.I am disabled. I don’t have money to replace glasses again. Lensmart you out to be ashamed of yourselves for fraudulent and deceptive business practices. God sees everything. No one is above his correction. If you don’t send me replacement eye glasses , According to your policy there is a 365 day (1 year) replacement policy.I am devestated that my glasses broke. I am very upset. The telephone numbers given are bogus. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves. Lensmart should be integral and professional at all levels from upper management to the lower levels of the company. When you live on a fixed income it is hard to make it in this world today. If you don’t replace my eyeglasses may the Blood of Jesus stand against you and bring this company under heavy judgment. God looks high and low. He watches over his word to perform it.
