In Australia, what happened is called Fraud, in China they call it “I am smart, you are an idiot, so screw you”. We ordered warm white lighting fixture from AliExpress. After a while, the product finally arrived, it’s cool white, the merchant simply tinted/painted the led bulbs with yellowish colour. Not only that we can’t finish our kitchen renovation as a consequence, it costed us to get electrician to install it, and now it will cost us to get electrician to remove it. We asked them to send us replacement bulbs that produces warm white as the bulbs aren’t sold in Australia, they came up with all excuses and refused to send us the replacement bulbs. It costed us $400 to buy the fixture that is useless to us, and $300 fee to install and remove it, 4 weeks of agony trying to talk to dishonest merchant. AliExpress harbours dishonest merchants and endorses them. Our advice, stay away from AliExpress, buy from Australian Retailers as you are protected, it’s worthwhile to cost a bit more.
