Customer service is awful. I was told they would refund me in full on Friday 7/28/23. I was unable to utilize the site due to their technical difficulties, and Vincent was to refund $239. It is 8/3/23 – I have received no services and they will only refund $198 and essentially stole $41, for nothing. The process is awful- and I can go to a clinic for less of a headache. Vincent is curt and snide and unhelpful. He got nasty with me due to asking for a full refund even after all of their glitches which caused for me to not be able to sign into receiving an appointment. They try to sell you more programs but it’s shady. DO NOT BUY THIS ON GROUPON- OR EVER! IT’S A SCAM. You can get it for less and have a face-to-face visit with a real doctor at a wellness clinic.
