I have used this site for years and generally thought they were an enjoyable site. How ever the customer service is terrible and extremely slow. A cashback bonus which in the terms and condition should have been in my account within 72 hours. Over 25 emails where I have to believe their agents didn’t read or understand the most basic issues. The issue got “escalated ” multiple times only for nothing to be resolved 14 days later they put the wrong amount in my account and put it in as a bonus and not cash.Edit now it’s been 18 days and multiple escalations and I haven’t been given the correct amount. Sending emails to customer support doesn’t seem to do anythingUpdate- 20 days later, they email me saying i havent met the requirement to receive the cashback- I go into my history to show them prove and the history is now gone, so i cant validate my claim. I know I met the requirements, and suspiciously they wait till i can’t prove it ( over 40 emails where they said the fault was on their end not mine) to tell me that, Feel scammed.
